Pete Cornish Guitar Switcher/Processor EQ, two send & Return loops. All tube [Custom]

I am selling a unique, custom hand-built, tube driven, guitar switcher/processor crafted by world class technician to the guitar gods, Pete Cornish. Artists including David Gilmour use similar units.
This system features several optional routings and gain stages. See the accompanying pictures to see Pete’s hand drawn schematic. Tuner/guitar level output, a six band EQ, two send and return loops (with adjustable gain both out and in), and parallel XLR DI and 1/4” outputs.
This unit is built like a tank – and comes with a custom Amptown road case. However – this switcher has never been on the road, and has only been used in the smoke-free studio of a NYC Guitarist/Composer.
What does it do?
First of all, there is an output that just spits out the exact same signal as that going into the unit. Useful for a tuner – or more likely, to record a clean direct of what the raw guitar in the player’s hands sounds like.
Stomp on the right-hand foot switch, and the six octave-centered bands of EQ is made active.
Stomp on the middle button, and the first send and return loop is inserted into the signal chain. You can insert what ever other boxes or effects you have. You can also use it to feed an amp, separate from what’s plugged into the main “Amp” output.
Stomp on the left button and you have added the second send and return loop. Other EFX and boxes can be inserted here, or as I mentioned earlier, the signal can feed yet another amp,
One unique way to use the box, is to patch the output of a loop right back into the input and just crank up the gain stages for some lovely tube saturation.
Many high quality sonic routing options will literally be at your feet.
